Rola Khedraki, MD FACC

Biography

Dr. Rola Khedraki is an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. Dr. Khedraki completed her general cardiology training at Scripps Clinic and her advanced cardiology training in heart failure and cardiac transplant at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Khedraki’s expertise lies in invasive hemodynamics, cardiogenic shock, and cardiac amyloidosis. She has worked to build the cardiogenic shock and mechanical circulatory support program at Scripps and is one of the founding members and co-directors of the PERT team. She is co-director of the Clinical Advances in Heart Failure, Arrhythmias and Cardiogenic Shock Symposium as well as the Cardiomyopathies and Amyloidosis Symposium held annually at Scripps. Dr. Khedraki has multiple publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and has a deep passion for medical education. She has been the recipient of several teaching awards and serves as faculty for the cardiovascular fellowship program.
