Individual attendees who choose the option to purchase this urban destination charge will be fully responsible for all applicable daily destination urban charge plus taxes; as such charges are separate and distinct from the sleeping room rate and applicable taxes. The Hotel will endeavor to advise guests who make reservations directly with the Hotel of the option to purchase this daily destination urban charge.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations ASMBS 2024 Annual Meeting is a premier event, and there are unscrupulous companies using the meeting to make false offers of registration and housing reservations. You may receive advertisements, e-mails or phone calls from these companies. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ASMBS 2024 Annual Meeting main website. You will need to register FIRST before being able to reserve your hotel room within the ASMBS Room Block.
ASMBS has been made aware of pirate housing companies (unofficial housing companies) that may be reaching out to our ASMBS past year attendees to book their rooms at supposedly significant discounts. These companies are not authorized to represent ASMBS, nor do they have access to officially contracted room blocks or rates on behalf of the organization.
For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any other housing companies. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. None of our contracted hotels will be calling you to ask you to book in our room block for the ASMBS Annual Meeting. If you receive a call or email from any company, please email annualmeeting@asmbs.org.
