Biography

Timisha is a patient-provider who is working hard to break the stigmas associated with our community. Timisha’s platform is to utilize her personal-provider experience to highlight the importance of the work we do. Timisha is an Editor with the Bariatric Times, OAC Advocate, BariNation Mindset Expert, AABC certified-counselor and ASMBS committee member, just to name a few. Timisha is also a a wife and mother of two. Timisha started her Behavioral Health company, Time For a Change Wellness, to support our patients without stigma. Her motto is ‘from one patient to another, I understand.’
