Biography

I graduated medical school from Universidad Francisco Marroquin School of Medicine in March 2023, with honors, and I’m currently completing my MBA degree from Tulane University. My current role is research fellow for the Department of Surgery at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT. My research interests include global surgery, surgical education, and outcomes research. I participated in the ACS Connecticut Chapter Congress where I was awarded 2nd place in the Resident Paper Competition for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. I aspire to pursue surgical training in the US.
